Although we do carry a lot of inventory in most items, apparel may be backordered occasionally. In many of these cases, we will contact you immediately and offer alternative items. We can also ship out your other items and refund the missing item.

For gift baskets, we typically use UPS or FedEx. Please keep in mind that they cannot ship Expedited or 2 Day shipping to PO Boxes or APO or military addresses.
STANDARD Shipping and handling pricing is based on USPS Priority with delivery confirmation costs. EXPEDITED Shipping is based on USPS Express Overnight or UPS 3 Day for the drop ship gift baskets. For EXPEDITED shipping, the day the item leaves its origination is not counted as a business day. For example, if the item leaves on Monday, it will arrive on Thursday (according to UPS and other carriers). Please consider this in your calculation. 2 DAY shipping is a better way to go if you are worried about an item getting there sooner. Also, please make sure that you do not count the weekends in the expedited shipping time. Only count business days Monday to Friday.
APO and FPO EXPEDITED SHIPPING - USPS DOES NOT ship EXPRESS to these addresses. If you order an item sent Expedited to these addresses, we will ship via USPS PRIORITY MAIL.
There are also packaging, order entry and transportation costs associated with handling and shipping orders. Please be sure to review the shipping fees prior to purchasing an item.
